For one of our clients, a financial institution located in Luxembourg Gasperich, Sofitex Talent is currently looking for a

Junior Facility Officer - Receptionist Fr-En (M/F)

In collaboration with the Facility Manager in charge of facilities duties (building maintenance assistance, conciergerie, works, supplies order and delivery, common maintenance tasks);
Ensuring field archives (electronic and paper version) in collaboration with the Compliance Officer regarding to the local rules;
Reinforce to reception's team: mailing, external/internal welcoming, phone handling;
Main back up to the reception;
Handling inbound and outbound mail;
Update administrative data;
Report directly to the Facility Manager;

Profil recherché
-
Experience in a similar position of 1-2 years;:

Excellent administrative and organizational skills:
Good communication skills, capacity of multitasking, proactive, rigorous, detailedoriented ;
Client oriented mindset;

Languages : fluent in french, fluent in English
