- The agent acts as the point of contact for creating reports and intrarcts daily with the clients and interanal parties to resolve all reporting related queries
- Run daily, weekly, monthly and other regular or ad hoc reports for internal departments or the client. This includes the creation and the setup of new reports.
- Produce reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Management Information reporting.
- As Registration Agent you will also handle accounts opening (KYC /AML).
- A clear and analytical methodical approach to problem-solving; administrative and organizational skills; meet tight deadlines with initiative and team-oriented spirit.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team, in a time-sensitive setting while maintaining high accuracy and quality standards also with large work volumes/multiple demands from external parties or the management line.
- Liaise with other Nordea entities, adhere to existing procedures and controls in place and eager to learn.
- Advanced computing skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint) are required.
- Perform investor account opening, KYC/AML checks on existing and new clients
- Minimum experience of 3 years within Transfer Agency
- Solid skills in excel (Pivot, macros...)
- Knowledge on Multifonds Global Investor (Transfer Agency Tool)
- Master degree or equivalent
- English spoken (professional level)

About this opportunity
Welcome to the Distribution Services team / Registration Team, We add value by challenging each day to develop new and innovative ways of achieving specific goals while providing quality service under tight deadlines. You'll play a valuable role in interacting with various internal and external teams, including portfolio management and client service, and tasked with managing information that is critical to the investment process. Successful incumbent will gain increasing responsibilities in performing a variety of operations functions.
