    Description

    Acteur majeur des télécoms et opérateur national du service postal et financier postal, le groupe POST Luxembourg est un pilier incontournable de l'économie luxembourgeoise.

    Afin de renforcer ses équipes au sein de la Direction Générale, le département Digital Transformation qui regroupe les métiers dédiés à la réalisation de prototypes, d'analyses et de l'intégration des interfaces numériques, recherche actuellement un(e) Data Analyst - Expert en Gouvernance de Données et Stratégie Data(m/f/n)

    Vos missions

    • Accompagner nos clients externes dans
      • L'établissement d'une vision stratégique et la compréhension de leurs besoins en matière de projets data et projets digitaux
      • L'évaluation de leurs niveaux de maturités actuels sur les composantes d'une gouvernance de données
      • La conception et mise en œuvre des stratégies de gouvernance de données adaptées à leurs besoins spécifiques
    • Fournir une expertise en matière de gestion des données, de qualité des données, d'architecture de données et de sécurité des données.
    • Participer à l'identification, à la collecte et à l'analyse des données pertinentes pour orienter les décisions stratégiques.
    • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes pour assurer l'intégration réussie des solutions de données dans les projets digitaux

    Votre profil

    • Être titulaire d'un Master en Gouvernance et Management des Données
    • Bénéficier de minimum 7 années d'expérience dans le domaine de la gouvernance de données et de la stratégie data
    • Disposer de connaissances approfondies des principaux outils et technologies liés à la gestion des données
    • Avoir des compétences dans l'analyse de données et la modélisation
    • Être reconnu(e) pour vos excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation pour interagir efficacement avec les décideurs chez nos clients (C-Level)
    • Savoir travailler de manière autonome et gérer plusieurs projets simultanément
    • Être autonome, flexible et être orienté(e) clients et solutions
    • Être reconnu(e) pour votre esprit critique, d'analyse et de synthèse
    • Avoir d'excellentes aptitudes rédactionnelles et de communication en français et en anglais
