- Aktuell suchen wir für Breuer Tax & Accounting insbesondere Berufseinsteiger(innen), aber auch erfahrene Mitarbeiter(innen) für den Bereich Accounting (auf unserer Website unter den Job-IDs BT-EEAA, BT-EACCB und BT-EACCS zu finden). Das jeweilige Aufgabengebiet besteht aus der Erstellung von laufenden Buchhaltungen, Reportings auf monatlicher bzw. vierteljährlicher Basis und von Jahresabschlüssen den Bereich Alternative Investments / erneuerbare Energien.
- Du solltest ein betriebswirtschaftliches oder vergleichbares Hochschulstudium (Bachelor oder Master) oder eine Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestelle(r) abgeschlossen haben.
- Du solltest fit im Umgang mit Microsoft Office und für weitere IT-Nutzung offen und flexibel sein. Kenntnisse von Sage BOB und/oder Datev sind ein Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.
- Du musst teamfähig, an eigenverantwortlicher Arbeit und aktiver Beteiligung interessiert sein.
- Ein gutes Leseverständnis der englischen Sprache setzen wir voraus, Kenntnisse der französischen Sprache sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.
- Eine faire und sich entsprechend den Karrierestufen (Assistant, Senior, Manager, Senior Manager) entwickelnde Vergütung.
- Ein modernes grenznahes Büro (Lage fußläufig zum Bahnhof Wecker und öffentliche Parkplätze sind ausreichend verfügbar).
- Flexible Arbeitszeiten und Möglichkeit von Home Office bei Bedarf bzw. nach Vereinbarung (wir streben die Einhaltung der 34 Tagegrenze an). Wir glauben an den direkten persönlichen Austausch miteinander bei gleichzeitiger Flexibilisierung von Arbeitszeit und Arbeitsort.
- Eine moderne Arbeitsplatzausstattung mit höhenverstellbaren Tischen, Microsoft Teams, einem für unsere Bedürfnisse angepassten Berichtsschreibungs- und Reportingprogramm etc.
- Hinsichtlich Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten hast Du z. B. bei uns die Möglichkeit, die notwendige Berufserfahrung für die Ablegung der Examen für die Berufszulassung zum luxemburgischen Expert-Comptable sowie zum deutschen Steuerberater zu sammeln, welche wir ebenfalls unterstützen. So hat bspw. gerade eine Kollegin die Examen zur Erlangung des Titels des Expert-Comptable bestanden und ein weiterer Kollege befindet sich in Vorbereitung zur Erlangung dieses Titels.

Wer wir sind:
Wir sind ein Verbund aus zwei Partnergesellschaften, bei dem sich Breuer Tax & Accounting auf die Betreuung von Unternehmen vorrangig aus dem Bereich der luxemburgischen Finanzindustrie (vorwiegend Investitionen in erneuerbare Energien / Renewables) fokussiert, während sich Breuer & Otto Personal Tax auf die Betreuung von Arbeitgebern und Privatpersonen (Grenzgänger, Expatriates u.a.) spezialisiert hat.
Aktuell arbeiten für den Verbund insgesamt 18 Kolleginnen und Kollegen (deutschsprachig mit weiteren Zusatzsprachen) in der Regel in kleine Teams von 2 bis 4 Personen, die relativ autonom einen festen Mandantenstamm betreuen. Bei der Zusammenarbeit sind uns Team Spirit, flache Hierarchien sowie gegenseitige Wertschätzung, Hilfsbereitschaft und Fürsorge besonders wichtig.
Der Schlüssel zu unserem Erfolg sind unsere Mitarbeiter. Sie sollen die notwendige Zeit haben, sich aktiv, eigenständig und gewissenhaft der Mandatsbetreuung zu widmen. Gleichzeitig sollen sie sich jederzeit vertrauensvoll an einen der Vorgesetzten wenden können, sollte dies notwendig sein. Wir bemühen uns um ein Klima, in dem alle Mitarbeiter die Möglichkeit haben, sich fachlich und persönlich zu entwickeln.
