We are looking for:

Architect (M/F/d) in Foetz (L):

On behalf of our renowned client with headquarters in Foetz (L) we are looking for an Architect or Civil Engineer (M/F/d) as a project manager for modern wood construction projects in Luxembourg.

Your mission is to guarantee the proper execution of a project from start to finish.

The position will be filled directly and permanent with the client.

Our client is an innovative startup for the highly automated manufacturing of sustainable, forward-thinking and environmentally friendly solutions for the construction industry.

Your tasks:

Collaborate with engineers, architects, etc. to determine project specifications based on the needs and requests of our clients
Represent the company at site meetings and/or acceptance meetings
Determine the resources required from start to finish of the project in correlation with the initial costing
Planning all construction operations and scheduling intermediate phases to ensure deadlines are met
Evaluate the progress of the project and write detailed reports
Work with the sales department on forecast schedules
Monitor and analyse performance indicators (quality, installation time, delivery times, etc.)
Define and supervise construction procedures
Ensure compliance with all construction, health and safety standards

Your profile:

Degree in civil engineering or architecture, ideally with focus on wood construction
Minimum of 5 years experience in site management or similar role
Indepth knowledge of construction procedures, materials and project management principles
Good knowledge of IT tools (MS Office)
Fluency in French and English is mandatory. German is an asset
Ability to analyze and synthesize in order to make quick decisions
Sense of responsibility, rigorous and able to work independently, motivated and committed
Managerial skills: Able to energise a team and with good interpersonal skills to ensure good collaboration with internal and external teams
Sensitivity to continuous improvement
