Mission principale :
En tant que IT Business Process Analyst, vous serez chargé d'analyser, de concevoir et d'optimiser les processus métier de l'entreprise pour soutenir les objectifs informatiques et organisationnels.
Responsabilités:
Analyser les processus métier existants pour identifier les inefficacités et proposer des solutions d'amélioration.
Concevoir et documenter les processus métier, en collaboration avec les parties prenantes concernées.
Identifier les opportunités d'automatisation des processus et élaborer des recommandations pour leur mise en œuvre.
Collaborer avec les équipes informatiques pour traduire les exigences métier en solutions technologiques efficaces.
Soutenir les projets en fournissant une vue d'ensemble du parcours des clients, les processus commerciaux internes et opérationnels.
Profil recherché :
Vous avez un diplôme en informatique ou dans un domaine similaire.
Expérience d'au moins 2 ans en tant que Business Analyst, de préférence dans un environnement informatique ou forte connaissance du secteur des télécommunications.
Solides compétences analytiques et capacité à résoudre des problèmes de manière créative.
Excellentes compétences en communication et en collaboration avec différentes équipes.
Maîtrise des langues française et anglaise tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit (Niveau C1-C2).
