IT Support – Specialist Back Up

Description du poste
Vous intégrez une équipe d'une dizaine de personnes au sein du département IT Operation. Vous serez principalement en charge de la gestion de nos solutions de protection des données et de continuité d'activité (BCP, DRP).
Vous assurez principalement les tâches suivantes :
• Monitoring et exploitation quotidienne des rapports de sauvegarde.
• Contrôle des infrastructures de protection des données (interne et clients SaaS).
• Gestion des tickets clients quotidiens (incidents, requêtes).
• Participation aux projets d'intégration ou migration.
• Support au département commercial.
• Rédaction de la documentation et des procédures.
• Gestion des rapports et KPI.
• Veille technologique.
Profil recherché
• être titulaire d'un diplôme dans le secteur IT : BUT, BAC+3, LPro, Master) avec une excellente culture techno.
• avoir une expérience d'au moins 3 ans dans un poste de IT Support General.
• avoir un esprit critique et une bonne capacité d'analyse.
• faire preuve d'une grande rigueur et d'un sens marqué de l'assiduité.
• grande capacité d'adaptabilité aux diverses situations
• vous êtes force de proposition.
• doté de solides connaissances dans les domaines de l'informatique notamment :
-> Windows Server, technologies Microsoft, stockage, virtualisation, Systèmes de sauvegarde, Microsoft 365 et Azure.
• la connaissance des outils suivants est un plus :
-> Evault, Carbonite, OpenText, Cohesity ou tout autre logiciel de protection de données.
• être dynamique et bon communicant.
• parler français ET anglais au niveau expérimenté.
• être polyvalent et capable de gérer le stress et les priorités.
• avoir les sens des responsabilités, se montrer et autonome et proactif.
