:Business Development Manager France & Belgium (M/F/d)

Responsibilities:


As a member of Foyer Global Health's international sales team, you will support the effective execution of our strategy to profitably grow the portfolio of insurance brokers and strategic sales partnerships (B2B2C) to generate premium revenue and achieve significant market share in the international health insurance market.

The position requires experience in partnership sales (B2B or B2B2C), an entrepreneurial mindset as well as excellent communication
- and interpersonal skills.

  • Responsible for meeting the assigned sales target in terms of insurance sales through the assigned insurance broker and partnership portfolio (B2B2C)
  • Establish new profitable & longterm business relationships with insurance brokers and strategic sales partners to grow the portfolio of sales intermediaries
  • Generate and follow up on new business leads to meet sales and profitability targets for group / corporate business (B2B)
  • Work on complex group insurance transactions from sales offer to implementation
  • Work closely together with an Account Manager assigned to the same markets
  • Represent Foyer Global Health in the market and participate in the respective events and communities
  • Help build the brand of Foyer Global Health in the market
  • Participate in specific projects, e.g. review of service standards, development of new products etc.
Must Have Requirements

  • A strong relationship manager with minimum 3 years of experience in partnership sales or in a comparable business development role
  • Strong customer focus with advanced communication skills, verbally and in writing, to build and develop relationships with sales intermediaries (B2B2C) and corporates (B2B)
  • Ability to pitch and present in front of senior decision makers
  • Selfmotivated and with the ability to work independently and autonomously in the assigned markets to achieve ambitious business targets
  • Driven by success to achieve results and able to contribute to the longterm sales strategy
  • Experience in the field of (international) health insurance is a plus but not a necessity
  • Fluent in English and French
