    As a Legal Assistant, you'll be at the heart of legal operations, providing invaluable support to the team of professionals.

    Your Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and scheduling shareholder and board meetings.
  • Drafting standard corporate documents, including shareholder and board resolutions.
  • Handling filings with the commercial register.
  • Collecting and organizing signatures.
  • Updating and maintaining share registers and databases.
  • Managing and filing legal documents.
  • Assisting experienced Legal Specialists in providing corporate secretarial services to clients.
  • Liaising with external parties, such as notaries, international law firms, and banks.
  • Coordinating with other departments.
  • Your profile:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in Luxembourg.
  • Demonstrated diligence, reliability, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Ability to thrive in an international, collaborative work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluency in French; proficiency in English and German will be advantageous
