The Global RME Central Electrical Engineering team is seeking a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager (TIPM) to develop and oversee a program focused on upgrading electrical power systems at existing facilities within Europe.

In this role, the TIPM will be responsible for managing the full
lifecycle of electrical distribution upgrades from project identification though implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify sites and develop conceptual designs for the upgrades of low voltage and medium voltage
electrical distribution systems.

  • Partner with outside electrical engineering firms and electrical contractors to implement the solution
compliant with existing Amazon and relevant industry standards

  • Perform project estimates and financial return on investment calculations
  • Secure and oversee funding of projects/programs
  • Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Support operations; construction; and other relevant departments with product development and testing
  • Conduct equipment failure investigation and provide mitigation solutions
  • Monitor trends in electrical system reports, and escalate as necessary to drive improvements; or immediate corrective actions to electrical systems
Luxembourg, LUX

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Reliability, Quality Management, or similar applicable field.
  • Experience managing complex electrical power system projects in a variety of industries
  • Extensive knowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance Planning, CMMS, and Enterprise Asset Management tools.
  • Experience defining and owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership independently with limited guidance.
