  • Anderson Wise is pleased to share an exciting opportunity to join an industrial Group in their office in Luxembourg. Directly report to the Group Treasurer who is based in Luxembourg, you will assist the Treasury team in diverse activities such as cash management, cash forecasting, FX risk management, and treasury operations.
  • This position requires a strong knowledge of daily treasury activities. You will work alongside the Treasury team members and interact with internal stakeholders and banking partners.

Your responsibilities:


  • Enhance the role of the Luxembourg In-House Bank to reduce the Group's idle cash balances and minimize financing costs
  • Manage the Group's bank account structure and identify opportunities to further streamline it
  • Identify major sources of balance sheet FX volatility and support the implementation of effective hedging strategies
  • Maintain the intercompany loan portfolio and ensure compliance with Group's guidelines
  • Evaluate business requests for bank guarantees/letters of credit and closely work with banking partners to timely address them
  • Assist in developing strategies to improve the quality of short and mediumterm cashflow forecasting
  • Provide treasury service expertise to incountry finance and Global Business Service centre teams
  • Support the development and implementation of Treasury policies, processes, and controls
  • Engage in other key initiatives, including noncash management and forecastingrelated activities, as needed

Your profile:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent
  • 3 years of relevant experience in an international corporate treasury department
  • Fluent in English. Any additional languages would be considered an asset
  • Excellent understanding of Treasury accounting practices
  • Proficient Microsoft Excel skills
  • Attention to detail and intellectual curiosity to investigate data anomalies and trends
  • Critical thinking skills and ability to navigate through complex and ambiguous problems
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to foster working relationships within the Group and with banking partners
  • Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent tasks and manage time effectively
  • Selfmotivated with a good ability to work in a team
