    Pour notre partenaire eSST SA, implémentée à Niederanven, nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Chief Executive Officer.

    Depuis 2016, l'équipe de eSST vit au quotidien le Leitmotiv "Faciliter la Sécurité et Santé au Travail" à travers ses conseils, ses formations et un logiciel de management en HSE développé et commercialisé par eSST.

    Certifié ISO 9001:2015 et ISO 45001:2018 (Système de management intégré), eSST intervient dans le secteur privé (grandes entreprises et PME) et dans le secteur public, et ce dans tous les domaines d'activités. eSST accompagne plus de 60 clients représentant plus de employés.

    Dans le cadre du Up-Scaling de ses activités, eSST est à la recherche d'un/e CEO expérimenté/e, capable de diriger l'équipe au sein d'un comité de direction collégial ensemble avec le COO en mettant en œuvre une stratégie commerciale accélérant la croissance de l'entreprise.

    Le candidat assumera notamment la responsabilité de la gestion du personnel (à ce stade environ 10 employés), supervisera le développement des solutions informatiques commercialisées par eSST et sera responsable de la gestion financière de l'entreprise.

    Le CEO favorisera un environnement de travail positif, inspirant et collaboratif qui permettra aux employés de travailler activement à la réalisation des objectifs de l'entreprise.

    Vos responsabilités :

    • Travailler de manière collégiale au sein d'un comité de Direction ensemble avec le COO et CDO
    • Réfléchir sur la stratégie et le développement de l'entreprise et faire des propositions au Conseil d'Administration
    • Assurer la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de l'entreprise décidée par le Conseil d'Administration
    • Diriger et motiver les employés pour encourager leur engagement et mettre en place une équipe de direction très performante,
    • Superviser toutes les opérations et les activités commerciales pour s'assurer qu'elles produisent les résultats souhaités et sont cohérentes avec la stratégie et la mission générales
    • Établir des relations de confiance avec les principaux partenaires et parties prenantes et servir de point de contact pour les parties prenantes importantes,
    • Assurer une gestion financière saine de l'entreprise
    • Assurer le développement continu de la solution informatique de eSST en définissant une stratégie informatique et en assurant son implémentation
    • Créer une culture d'entreprise positive grâce à un leadership fort et inspirant.

    Profil :

    • Master en administration d'entreprises et/ou informatique ou dans un domaine lié aux activités de la société
    • Expérience avérée en tant que CEO ou à un autre poste de direction au Luxembourg
    • Bonnes connaissances informatiques générales (programmation / architecture)
    • Affinités avec le sujet de la sécurité et santé au travail
    • Solide compréhension de la finance d'entreprise et des principes de gestion des performances,
    • Bonne connaissance des diverses fonctions de l'entreprise telles que le droit du travail, le marketing, les relations publiques, la finance, etc,
    • Esprit d'entreprise doté d'excellentes compétences organisationnelles et de leadership,
    • Excellentes compétences en matière de communication et de prise de parole en public,
    • Compétences en gestion de projet,
    • La qualification de Travailleur Désigné Groupe C1-C4 constitue un atout
    • Permis/certificat Permis B (Exigé)
    • Langues : Français et Anglais (Exigées). La langue allemande serait un atout.
