Votre mission : Concevoir l'habitat de demain
Au sein d'une structure dynamique, vous serez le chef d'orchestre de projets résidentiels variés (maisons individuelles et résidences à taille humaine). Votre rôle dépasse le simple dessin :
- De l'idée à l'esquisse : Vous prenez en main les dossiers dès la phase d'avant-projet pour donner vie aux aspirations des clients.
- Maîtrise réglementaire : Vous assurez l'interface avec les administrations luxembourgeoises et pilotez le dossier jusqu'à l'obtention du permis de construire.
- Relationnel client : Vous conseillez et accompagnez les futurs propriétaires dans la définition de leur projet de vie.
- Expertise technique : Vous élaborez des plans d'exécution précis, garantissant la faisabilité et la qualité architecturale des ouvrages.
Profil recherché : L'expertise technique alliée à la créativité
- Formation & Expérience : Titulaire dun Master ou Baccalauréat en Architecture, vous justifiez dune expérience confirmée de 3 ans minimum sur le marché luxembourgeois.
- Compétences Techniques : Les réglementations GDL et les normes ITM n'ont plus de secret pour vous. La maîtrise d'Archicad est impérative, tandis qu'une aisance sur REVIT constituera un avantage majeur.
- Savoir-être : Vous brillez par votre capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers de front avec rigueur. Votre sens du contact et votre esprit d'équipe sont vos meilleurs atouts.
- Langues : Une parfaite maîtrise du français est attendue pour collaborer efficacement au sein du bureau. Toute langue supplémentaire pratiquée au Luxembourg sera fortement appréciée.
