It's not always easy to summarize what an intrapreneur does at Amaris, but it's all about operating on 3 main axes:
Business Development
The idea is steps by steps to find your own customers, by doing market analysis to identify prospects, contacting them through cold calling, organizing meetings to identify projects on which we could accompany them thanks to our expertise.
As a manager, you will recruit your own team (find and attract the best talents with the right expertise and skillset), then be there to help them evolve and develop their skills.
Management of your BU
You are basically responsible of the well-being of your business unit, and so as in any company, your objective is to handle this responsibly and pilot the activity safely.
You will Analyse your Profit & Loss to detect potential business issues to build adequate action plan to optimize Turnover & Contributive Margin[LDE4].
Your goal is to Lead the daily life of your structure and provide the best working conditions for your team.
