Job description:

To meet the needs of our constantly growing company, we are looking for a General Accountant.


Our Accounting department has the mission to ensure the bookkeeping and the posting of the financial flows such as invoices, expense reports or client billing.


The analysis and development of the internal controls provides continuous transparency and facilitates the flow of information between Global Jet and our partners.

In this function you will be in charge for the following tasks:

  • Monitor international payments in various currency for our subsidiaries in different countries
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are addressed and resolved promptly
  • Monitor cash flow and manage bank balances to optimize liquidity and minimize risk
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate recording and reporting of banking transactions
  • Follow & develop internal payment procedure
  • Prepare ahhoc analysis for the management

Job requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance
  • A first experiences in accounting (bookkeeping, cash management)
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), French would be an asset.
  • Strong PC skills particularly Microsoft Excel (Power BI would be a plus)
  • Experience with Multiline or any other payment platform.
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central would be a strong asset.
  • Strong organized analytical skills
  • Proactive, independent, dynamic and rigorous
