- Gestion des problématiques rencontrées lors de la facturation et/ou du recouvrement pour son périmètre (réconciliation, analyse d'erreurs, analyse des retours des contreparties, résolution des problèmes...)

Créée en 2005, Fund Channel est une plateforme réglementée de distribution de fonds B2B basée au Luxembourg, filiale commune d'AMUNDI et CACEIS. Fund Channel a été élue meilleure plateforme européenne deux années de suite, en 2022 et 2023 (source : Platforum).
Notre mission est de fournir un modèle commercial unique, de faciliter la distribution des fonds par des services innovants, de renforcer la transparence et d'améliorer les processus.
Nous avons construit un écosystème de marché auquel ont accès les gestionnaires d'actifs et les distributeurs, et nous opérons actuellement dans une douzaine de pays différents en Europe et en Asie. Notre siège est à Luxembourg mais nous avons également des bureaux en Suisse, en Italie et à Singapour.

· Gestion et suivi de la facturation et du recouvrement des rétrocessions pour un portefeuille de sociétés de gestions :
· Validation des calculs dans le respect des procédures et suivi rigoureux de la facturation en attente de règlement avec application du processus d'escalade si nécessaire
· S'assurer du respect des objectifs de l'équipe et du groupe
· Maintien à jour des fiches promoteurs
· Réponses aux demandes des Relationship managers
· Back-up collègues Officer FDO en cas d'absence
· Suivi et dispatch des emails entrants dans la boîte mail de l'équipe
· Analyse des montants MIFID à retourner
