and Customer Intimacy.***We are seeking a highly skilled M365 Architect to join our dynamic team in Luxembourg.

As an M365 Architect, you will play a key role in designing and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions, with a focus on SharePoint and cloud-based collaboration tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft 365 solutions.
Develop comprehensive architecture plans that align with business goals and ensure scalability and efficiency.
Configure and customize SharePoint environments based on business requirements.
Provide expertise in SharePoint Online, including site configuration, document management, and collaboration features.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate Microsoft 365 with other cloud services.
Ensure seamless connectivity and data flow between Microsoft 365 and other cloud platforms.
Implement security best practices for Microsoft 365 environments.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to internal teams on Microsoft 365 technologies and best practices.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies.
Plan and execute migrations from onpremises environments to Microsoft 36
Manage version upgrades and ensure compatibility with existing systems.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for Microsoft 365 solutions and configurations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an M365 Architect or similar role.
Indepth knowledge of SharePoint Online, including configuration, customization, and administration.
Strong expertise in cloud technologies, preferably with experience in Microsoft Azure.
Experience in designing and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions for enterpriselevel organizations.
Familiarity with security and compliance standards relevant to Microsoft 36
Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Relevant certifications in Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies (e.g., MS100, MS101, Azure Solutions Architect).
