Human Innovation Partners is seeking a (Senior) Valuation Consultant to join a well-known Consultant firm in Luxembourg.

As a (Senior) Valuation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in evaluating the value of investment funds and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

With a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail, you will help the clients make informed investment decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong background in financial services and a passion for valuation.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough valuation analysis of investment funds, including assessing and interpreting financial statements, market data, and economic indicators.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather relevant data and ensure accurate and timely valuations.
Develop and maintain valuation models and methodologies, keeping uptodate with industry best practices and regulatory changes.
Prepare detailed valuation reports, communicating findings to clients and senior management in a clear and concise manner.
Monitor and reconcile valuation discrepancies, investigating and resolving any issues that may arise.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of local and international regulations and standards regarding valuation practices.
Participate in audit processes, providing necessary documentation and supporting documentation.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in financial services, audit, or equivalent with a focus on valuation.
Strong knowledge of financial modeling techniques and valuation methodologies.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks related to AIFs.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
Proficient in using valuation software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional certifications such as CFA or CAIA are a plus.
