Description

Au sein du Département Banking Services, vous rejoindrez notre nouvelle équipe en charge des déclarations réglementaires. Elle est intégrée dans une équipe transversale au département effectuant également les paramétrages et les contrôles 1.2 pour l'ensemble des équipes opérationnelles. Vous interviendrez tant pour le compte propre de CACEIS que pour le compte de nos clients. Vous prendrez part au développement d'une activité indissociable de nos services impactant l'ensemble des marchés financiers internationaux et nécessitant une expertise métier certaine.

Vos principales tâches seront :

Assurer la déclaration règlementaire de nos transactions auprès des régulateurs nationaux
- Suivi de la bonne intégration des transactions sur les plateformes règlementaires
- Résolution des anomalies
- Suivi des retours des régulateurs nationaux (AMF, FSA, FINMA, PRA, FINRA...)
La production des reporting à destination de nos clients
L'accompagnement de nos clients dans la mise en place de la prestation
La participation aux différents comités projets et réunions client pour le suivi de l'activité
La participation à l'amélioration des processus et des contrôles
Assurer le bon fonctionnement des outils IT de réconciliations
Répondre aux demandes des auditeurs, des clients ou des régulateurs
