Dans un contexte de transition de la fonction Finance et d'évolution de la gouvernance nous recrutons Head of Financial Planning & Controlling Ce rôle est conçu comme le bras droit direct de la Deputy CFO avec une responsabilité centrale sur l ensemble du pilotage de la performance financière Banque Le/La Head of Financial Planning & Controlling Pilote la fonction Financial Planning & Controlling au niveau du siège Encadre une équipe d environ 35 collaborateurs Joue un rôle clé dans la coordination transverse entre Finance Métiers Stratégie Top Management Contribue directement aux décisions stratégiques via des analyses financières forte valeur ajoutée Le poste combine vision stratégique pilotage opérationnel leadership managérial dans un environnement exigeant mais structuré Contexte enjeux majeurs Le rôle est clairement identifié comme un poste pivot appelé prendre importance croissante dans les 12 à 18 mois venir L objetif faire évoluer fonction vers reporting proactif explicatif véritable outil aide décision pas simple constat chiffrée Rôle requiert expertise forte contrôle gestion FP&A pur afin renforcer équipe aujourd aujourd composée profils variés audit business commercial Relation avec Deputy CFO pensée relation confiance étroite montée progressive autonomie responsabilité Ce contexte confère au poste ampleur réelle concrète s agit fonction structurante respectée impact direct trajectoire financière Banque
