Job Content:


Activities:


  • Lead the project team
  • Take charge of communications within projects (meetings, reports and presentations)
  • Control/monitor progress, quality for projects;
  • Identify and solve problems occurring in projects
  • Assign projects and ensure the appropriate execution of the different projects
  • Maintain a resource allocation plan for her/his team
  • Perform risk analysis
  • Define and maintain project templates
  • Initiation of escalation management, if necessary
  • Coordinate communication between the project team and the client
  • Coordinate actions and tasks between her/his team, the project team members and the client.
  • Initiation of escalation management.

Location and Timing issues:


  • Provision of the abovementioned services basically in Luxembourg, with a possibility to work in Brussels about 1 day per month.
  • Project Business hours: 7H19H => being able to regularly start between 8AM and 9AM
  • Occasional interventions outside of normal working hours may be requested

Profile:


Requirements:


  • Must fulfil the requirements to obtain an EU security clearance
  • At least 8 years of experience with project coordination in the domain of network, telephony or network security solutions.
  • Experience in the definition of project management policies.
  • Preferably : PMI/Prince2 certified.

Skills required:


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent Organisational skills and analytical ability
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Capable of making presentations to an internal audience, and interacting positively with the client
  • Excellent team working ability, communication and leadership skills
  • Preferably : knowledge of technologies used in the present call for tender
  • Working knowledge, written and spoken, of English required. French desirable
