We are now looking for a
Junior Site Manager to join our team and contribute to our expansion.


Your responsibilities:


  • Familiarization with Apleona processes and general FM services
  • Introduction to the sites and clients for later takeover: contract training, getting to know clients and procedures
  • Maintenance planning
  • Creation of special services: price calculation, quotation preparation, implementation planning and monitoring
  • Functional supervision of technicians (planning, work preparation, training, etc...)
  • Reoirtubg and documentation management
  • Support to the Head of Operations and the Key Account Manager

Your Profile ‍ **:


  • Bachelor's degree in facility management
  • Technical knowledge
  • Managerial skills: leadership, initiative, organization
  • Fluency in English, German and French
  • Dynamic and motivated
