    Description

    We are currently recruiting a Facilities Officer for our Luxembourg office. The successful candidate will demonstrate an eagerness to learn and have a flexible approach to their work.

    Within a team, you will have the following responsibilities:

    • Refill of office supplies (water bottles, coffee, refreshments, etc.)
    • Ensure the maintenance of office equipment and installations, carry heavy supplies when needed
    • Provide taxi services to management and clients if needed
    • Car cleaning services as needed
    • Reception back up (when required) and support during busy periods
    • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
    • Manage the assignment and upkeep of meeting rooms
    • Other administrative tasks (visitor badge management, announcement of guest arrivals, concierge services etc.)
    • Ranking documents in the archives, managing the storage
    • Any office related request to be diverted to building administration

    Your skills:

    • Fluent level of English and French
    • Proactive, motivated, eager to learn and to work in a quickly growing, dynamic and challenging environment
    • Flexible working hours from 8am to 6pm
    • Excellent presentation skills
    • Excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills and flexibility
    • Valid driving license for Luxembourg
    • Valid work permit for Luxembourg
