Corporate Support Officer:


Arendt Investor Services, which is part of Arendt & Medernach, the largest law firm in Luxembourg, is regulated by the Luxembourg supervisory authority (CSSF - Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier) and operates under the status of Professional of Financial Sector ("PSF").


Arendt Investor Services offers a wide range of services, such as domiciliation, corporate secretarial and accounting services, fund services, directorship of companies, tax-compliance services and assistance in the winding-up of companies.


Corporate Support Officer

Your role:


  • Assisting the department's team in the daytoday business
  • Maintaining and keep uptodate the clients database by inputting relevant data
  • Coordination with various service providers, clients and third parties
  • Managing the incoming calls for the team, assist them in the organisation of meetings
  • Maintaining board calendars is considered an asset
  • Preparation and update of the clients' files (including but not limited to the filing of both paper and electronic documentation)
  • Documents and signatures collection either electronically or wet inked form
  • Arranging mailing/post services
  • Filing and archiving of documents

Your profile:


  • You have a first experience in administrative assistance;
  • You have a good command of English, any other language is an asset;
  • You have a positive and enthusiastic attitude;
  • You are well organized, rigorous and have good communication skills;
  • You have good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
