Faced with new market requirements, our client, recognized for its expertise and the quality of its customer relations, is experiencing an exponential increase in demand for support in Luxembourg and Europe.


Sustainability Manager


You will be responsible for the planning, management and industrialization of ESG criteria integration support missions indecision models and operational systems.

In this capacity, you will be in charge of the following missions:

  • Planning and management of projects dedicated to environmental, societal, and governance issues, in compliance with our client success indicators (quality, satisfaction, well-being) ;
  • Development of our client expertise, methodologies, and solutions dedicated to dual materiality, nonfinancial performance measurement (GRI, SASB, IIRC, CSRD), and due diligence (CS3D), according to our client standards;
  • Facilitation of workshops and training sessions and Masterclass dedicated to managers and head of Sustainability;
  • Validation of the preparations and presentation of the deliverables to our reference clients;
  • Animation of project team meetings, periodic consultation sessions, exchange of expertise and innovation developed by your team;
  • Periodic reporting of project followup and success indicators with your management;

Throughout your experience, you will actively contribute to the development of the offer on a consultative basis with the teams.


YourProfile
Master's degree in law, economics, finance or engineering with a specialization in sustainable development;
Minimum 5 years' experience in a consulting firm specialized in sustainable development;
Proven experience in managing collaborative projects & prior International experience is an asset.


Your Know-how
Good practices of sustainable development reporting standards & European regulations: CSRD, CS3D, EU Taxonomy is essential;
Your experience as a project manager has enabled you to master the learning delegation and the power of collective intelligence;
Project planning and management;

Bilingual English-French(written and oral).
