Litigation Lawyer - Your responsibilities will include:

Managing a portfolio of clients in complex litigation cases, including commercial disputes, contractual disputes, and commercial litigation.
Providing sound legal advice on litigation, commercial contracts, and business operations.
Drafting and negotiating contracts, agreements, and legal documents to ensure compliance and protection of our clients' interests.
Representing our clients before regulatory authorities and in commercial litigation, as needed.

Litigation Lawyer - You must have:

Master's degree in law, with a specialization in litigation or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Litigation Lawyer in Luxembourg, ideally within a toptier law firm.
Strong negotiation, drafting, and legal analysis skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in English and French; German proficiency will be a significant asset.
Excellent understanding of Luxembourgish and international laws and regulations relating to litigation.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage client relationships and work in a dynamic team environment.
