About the Role:

Functional Competence Centre at
Ferrero HQ, we are looking for
Controlling Specialist - Source to

Pay Finance Competence Center:

Budget to Spend Analysis, who will be involved in operational and project activities on the integrated process of budgeting and spend analysis.


Main Responsibilities:


Thanks to your role in the
budgeting process, you will ensure compliance and efficiency in accordance with the Operating Model across different Procurement Categories.

Your involvement will vary depending on the category, focusing on coordinating calendars, synchronizing allocation cycles, and managing IT interfaces.

You will serve as a process expert, providing support to central and local controllers, as well as other business functions, in their day-to-day activities.

Additionally, you will act as the primary contact and process expert for the IT department and external project teams. Your responsibility will involve continuous improvement of processes and tools, facilitating seamless operations and enhancing overall efficiency.

Your expertise will play an important role in driving forward the development and refinement of our budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

In the context of the
new Source to Pay process, Category Book Governance assumes a central role in ensuring coherence between upstream procurement activities such as budget preparation and downstream processes from Purchase Requests to Invoice handling.

You will track all changes within the Category Book and its related commodity levels to ensure effective controlling activities and administrative compliance, particularly regarding general ledger accounting.

Regarding
Spend Analysis, the responsibilities include implementing and managing Spend Analysis rules and enrichment processes. Ensuring the adoption and utilization of Spend Analysis methodologies to support procurement categories throughout the purchasing process is vital. This role plays a significant part in optimizing procurement strategies by providing valuable insights derived from spend analysis data.


Who we are looking for:


You will bring knowledge from a university degree, preferably in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or alternatively in Engineering with 4 to 5 years of experience in controlling or reporting, or equivalent experience in a consulting company.

An ability to comprehend business processes, risks and opportunities is essential.
Key to this role will be your flexibility, analytical skills and adept project management skills. You demonstrate organizational proficiency, effectively managing priorities and deadlines. Being self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset, along with strong problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills will also be an asset.
On top of that, you will bring your fluency in English and experience in the FMCG sector.
