    DESCRIPTION

    The Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two Directors on our Mechatronics and Sustainable Packaging (MSP) within the Fulfillment Technology & Robotics organization in the Luxembourg.

    Mechatronics and Sustainable Packaging (MSP) delivers automation to the Amazon Fulfillment Network (AFN), striving to position Amazon to lead the industry in robotics and mechatronics technology. Working backwards from deep customer insights, we deliver turnkey solutions that seamlessly integrate into brownfield and greenfield deployments.

    Key job responsibilities

    Responsible for handling confidential information dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, managing space, coordinating domestic and international travel and expenses. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.

    We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

    Luxembourg, LUX

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • High school or equivalent diploma
    • 2+ years of experience providing support to senior leadership or 1+ years Amazon experience
    • Experience with Executive Level Calendar Management
    • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Previous working experience within a large scale rapid and process driven environment would be beneficial.
    • Degree level qualification or equivalent.
