Main tasks
Monitor and manage existing and new European or international regulations, laws, guidelines, cssf circulars through research, gap analysis & impact studies
Support in the identification and assessment of compliance risks, including AML/CFT risk, as well as applicable laws and regulations, including compliance monitoring
Collect KYC documents for a range of different transactions and relevant counterparties related to corporate business, as well as assess information and documents obtained and conclude its completeness and reliability
Perform due diligence checks on new and existing clients and monitor client transactions on a risk-based approach and provide administrative support to the directors or legal department
Draft or update policies and guidelines of the company and ensure adherence to such policies and guidelines
Prepare and file various compliance/AML reports and any other corporate documents
Reporting to the management, Board of Directors and Regulator
Tax management on funds
Work experience and background requirements
Experience as a Compliance Officer in the Fund industry (1-2 years)
Demonstrate a real interest in Compliance and AML/KYC as well as in reading and analysing regulations
Personal attributes
Good knowledge of the fund and management company industry
Ability to communicate efficiently and work in a team
Organised flexible and able to manage several files concurrently
Fluent in English and French
Italian will be an asset
