We are currently looking for the right person to join our SESAM Engineering department.

Your responsibilities:

Ensuring an ontime introduction of customer programs while meeting the company's cost, quality, and performance targets
Developing and managing the project and timing plan
Performing ongoing risk analysis during the management of the programs
Leading the customer project team and ensuring a smooth program execution in compliance with the company's development policies and processes
Serving as a point of contact for all technical customer issues concerning new programs and existing products
Leading the RFQ (request for quotation) preparation
Monitoring technical customer requests
Ongoing program documentation and reporting
Implementing and managing project changes and interventions to achieve the project outputs

Your profile:

Academic degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or a related engineering field
At least five years of experience in the automotive industry and/or with sensor technologies
At least two years of experience in the functional area of program management, product management or engineering
Experience in moderating engineering and business activities in a sound and clear profitoriented way
Strong communication and organizational skills
Excellent negotiation, problemsolving and leadership skills
Ability to assess the criticality of projects, team spirit and a proactive attitude
Proficiency in MS Office
Fluency in English (written & spoken) is mandatory, German and/or French is considered an asset
