TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:
Website and social media
- Maintain the company website and social media accounts and ensure that the content is updated and accurate.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of a social media strategy.
- Manage, monitor, and measure the reach of the company's social media channels.
- Respond to inquiries received via the social media accounts.
Intranet & internal communications
- Manage and maintain the company intranet (news, create forms, create and manage pages, etc.).
- Provide assistance to divisions and departments in intranet related issues.
- Record, edit and upload videos for internal communications.
Additional responsibilities
- Manage and monitor media intelligence platform.
- Ensure cooperation with IT on web and digital related projects.
- Coordinate corporate branding / corporate identity related topics.
- Create and maintain general company presentation.
- Manage video and photo gallery.
- Actively support Corporate Communications projects and perform related duties as requested by the Department Head.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
- Master's degree in Digital Communication or any other related field (e.g. PR, Marketing, Digital Media).
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Proven experience in managing enterprise social media tools and technologies, including monitoring and digital marketing metrics.
- Deep understanding of digital and social media realms; passionate about generating and sharing content and new technologies
- Experience with web design and content management systems (CMS).
- Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, etc.) or other media editing software and a good eye for visual design.
- Photography, videography and editing skills are a strong asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, French and German; any additional languages will be considered an asset.
- Detailoriented and strong organizational skills.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
- Permanent contract.
- Position based in Luxembourg. Occasional travel may be required.
- Regular office hours are to be expected, but occasional work outside these hours may be required to perform planned or unplanned tasks.
