Missions:


In the context of a temporary replacement (1 year), we are looking for a new key member to join our Product Implementation team.


Your duties and responsibilities:


  • Contact person responsible for the product database
  • Daily monitoring of the smooth operation and proposal of corrective measures as needed
  • Sending the technical information needed to carry out the operations.
  • Coordinate, plan and implement the creation or modification of subfunds (schedule, relationship with the auditors, relationship with the accounting team and the transfer agents, etc.)
  • Advise management, marketing officers and product specialists on the technical and operational feasibility of group projects
  • Improved procedures for the activity
  • Critical reading of Amundi Luxembourg fund prospectus amendments
  • Security account opening
  • Coordination of all the tax items related to the Funds
  • Contact person for our tax advisory

University Degree and relevant professional experience


Niveau d'expérience minimum:

  • 10 ans

Expérience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking/financial sector, preferably in the fund industry and in operations / project positions
