We are an independent, young and dynamic domiciliation and corporate administration services provider
operating as a chartered accountant. Thanks to the strong and diversified competencies of our employees and
partners, we offer the whole range of company administration services to international corporate clients,
private equity, real estate, infrastructure funds and high wealth individuals. Our goal is to provide high quality
services to high-end renamed clients.
In order to support the growth of our firm, we are looking to recruit an Accounting Manager
Your role

Be responsible for the delivery of the accounting and tax services to an existing client portfolio mainly

composed

Luxembourg SPVs of Alternative and Real Estate Investment Funds
Securitization vehicles
Funds incorporated as Société en commandite Spéciale
Investment companies using hybrid and / or structured financial instruments
Supervise senior and junior accountants, including taking a role in their technical training ;
Participate in clients' meetings ;
Promoting new ideas and business solutions that result in extended services to existing clients ;
Build strong relationships with our clients, local and foreign partners and feeders.

PROFIL
Your Profile

You hold a University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accountancy or equivalent ;
You are a chartered accountant or you have gained accounting experience through your past

professional positions ;

You have a minimum of 5 years experience in an accounting, tax or corporate administration position or

in a PE company ;

An experience in a big four firm is an advantage ;
You are fluent in French and English ;
German is an advantage ;
You distinguish yourself by your technical skills, your ability to connect with people, your organisational

skills, your leadership, your dedication and commitment.
