We are _Luxfactory _- a small but mighty Luxembourgish company with 27 years of experience in digitalization transformation and IT consulting.

On a daily basis, we support local clients in finance, IT and manufacturing sectors.


As an Operations Officer you will play a pivotal role in executing coupon and redemption payment operations with precision and timeliness.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all payments are processed accurately and in accordance with payment dates, meeting the highest standards of quality and efficiency.


Responsibilities:


  • Handle EU restrictions processing and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Process dividend, coupon, and redemption transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Conduct SWIFT flow analysis and processing to ensure smooth transaction flows.
  • Manage incident management and resolution of cash and securities suspense items.
  • Handle operational activities related to tax reclaim, Tax US QI/FATCA, and other taxrelated matters.
  • Perform internal accounts/depositary reconciliation to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Trading, Settlements, Compliance, and Tax departments, to ensure seamless execution of operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all operational activities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement within the backoffice operations.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in securities operations, with a focus on coupon and redemption payment processing.
  • Knowledge of EU restrictions processing, SWIFT flows, tax reclaim, and FATCA/QI regulations.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, securities instruments, and payment systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in executing payment operations.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Proficiency in
    French and
    English languages.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements related to securities operations.
- **Valid work permit in Luxembourg is mandatory.
