Web Management & Marketing Intern


You will deploy your internship in the
Marketing and Customer Interactions Center of Expertise within the Tribe Omnichannel and Customer Interactions at ING Luxembourg, for a duration
from 6 to 12 months.


An internship agreement delivered by a school/university is required.

Our team aspires to offer the right product, service or experience to every customer and prospect at the right time via the right channel leveraging on available tools and ING guidelines.

We do this by actively taking into account clients' needs and expectations, developing a 360 marketing strategy and embedding data intelligence.

We
strive to deliver a differentiating experience to all customers.

You will join an
internationally diverse team of experts covering very different but complementary domains:
data science and analytics, marketing, UI/UX, customer experience and market intelligence.


Your Mission:

You will play a key role in ensuring website is best in class by transforming growing traffic into high customer engagement with personal, easy, and smart solutions is becoming one key point of our customer delivery strategy.

You will strengthen our image as data driven digital leader.

Projects and activities will vary widely and will provide you the opportunity gain experience across many facets of marketing and banking activities:

  • Contribute to the design of the customers' digital journey;
  • Roll out of campaigns on the public website and in the My ING(Pro) app;
  • Work on traffic reporting, SEO improvement,;
  • Work within and collaborate with a team composed of experts in various domain such as Data Analysis, Datas Science, Marketing, Customer Satisfaction, etc.

As an Intern for Web Management & Customer Interactions you will also need:


Education:


  • Digital Marketing / Digital Creation / Web Management / Design / Dev Engineering or any related field.
  • Basic experience with office software programs (Word, Excel, etc.);
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics is considered as an asset;
  • Experience with design tools such as Photoshop / Azzure / Sketch / Figma / InVision is a plus;
  • Basic knowledge of programming (HTML, CSS, Javascript, VBA, java, Python) is considered a plus.)

  • Well organized whilst displaying high flexibility;
  • Strong at verbal communication and organizational skill;
  • Able to adapt to various internal clients and demands;

  • A keen interest in visual communication is a must;

Langages:


  • Fluent in French (level C2);
  • Intermediary in English (level C1);
  • Any level of knowledge in German would be considered an advantage.
