    Our client, a dynamic and expanding firm specializing in tax for investment structuring mainly in Europe, is looking to strengthen their Luxembourg team.

    Located near the German border, the firm offers an excellent work-life balance with minimal commuting. This role is perfect for a motivated tax professional with 2-4 years of experience, eager to contribute to a vibrant, ambitious environment.

    Corporate Tax Advisor - Your responsibilities:

    • Provide corporate tax advice to national and international clients, including Private Equity (PE) and Real Estate (RE) funds.
    • Prepare tax opinions and analyses on Luxembourg and German corporate tax matters.
    • Participate in client meetings and visits, maintaining independent client contact.
    • Manage correspondence with clients and tax authorities, including handling out-of-court procedures.
    • Assist in the preparation of corporate tax returns and annual tax filings.

    Corporate Tax Advisor - Your Profile:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
    • 2-4 years of experience in a corporate tax, fund tax role, ideally with exposure to alternative investment clients
    • Fluency in German and English; French is a plus
    • Strong communication skills and a proactive, client-oriented mindset
    • Proficient in MS Office
