We are looking f a Seni Compliance Manager with 8 years of experience in compliance audit, to join them on a
PERMANENT contract.

About the location:
You will be wking ONSITE from the office in Hesperange, Luxembourg

Your skills:

8 years of experience in the field of Audit Compliance in Luxembourg, preferably regarding investment funds and management companies/ AIFMs
Excellent knowledge of the Luxembourg regulaty framewk including AML/KYC, Delegation Oversight, UCITS, AIFMD
Several years of team management experience
Proficiency in MS Office
Fluent in English, German /and French will be beneficial***
What will you do?
Functionally and disciplinary leading the Compliance department and closely collabating with both the Management of the ManCo as well as the Compliance Leaders of our client's Group with regards to all related matters
Acting as the appointed DPO
Acting as the appointed Compliance Officer as well as MLRO (RC) in front of the CSSF
Planning, designing, leading and executing compliance related projects
Processing regulaty inquiries
Identifying, analysing and repting compliance risks
Preparing and delivering compliance/ AML related training courses
Suppting the impact assessment of ongoing regulaty requirements
Processing of Authities requests
Drafting and implementation of the Compliance Moniting Plan;
Drafting and review of inhouse Compliance procedures
Act as AML Officer f investment vehicles
Provide Compliance advise to other departments
