    Your next challenge:

    You will be responsible for taking care of external assets managers and their clients by providing an excellent administrative and follow up service.

    The function will also focus on the use of new IT tools (T24, Salesforce, DSM, etc.).
    The position is based in Luxembourg and you will report to the Head of IFA (independent Financial Advisors)

    What will you do?


    • Provide high-level administrative, operational and commercial assistance to the RMs in external assets managers (EAM/IFA) management
    • Day-to-day management and control of all the IFA clients' queries, in collaboration with RMs (account openings, operations and day to day follow transfers, etc.)
    • Proactive follow-up of accounts status
    • Proactively identify IFA client needs and share the information with RMs
    • Ensure the practical application of all the procedures, KYC surveillance permanent documentation of client activity and of the overall interaction with the client and monitoring of transactions

    Your skills:

    You have:

    • Experience in handling with institutional clients / BtoB business both on the phone and per emails, in putting the clients first and provide a personal service
    • At least 5 years' experience in the banking environment, in an administrative role
    • Good knowledge of relevant internal processes and compliance obligations

    You are:

    • Fluent in French and English, any other language is seen as an advantage
    • Well-organized, flexible and disciplined, able to handle multiple tasks and client requests in a structured way
    • Strongly client- and results-oriented and motivated to be part of a team
    • Open and critical mind
