The opportunity
We are looking to strengthen our Lux GAAP technical department with new profiles.

Within this team we actively support our Audit, FAAS, Tax teams and clients (all sectors) in the area of accounting under Lux GAAP and related regulatory framework.

We also organize and manage both internal and external Lux GAAP webcasts, events and related trainings.
Our experts, TAX, FAAS and Audit teams work with many of the world's leading and fastest growing companies, family owned businesses active in a variety of industries (telecommunication, technology, media and entertainment, airlines, retail, construction and hospitality), as well as with entities of the financial sector (Banks, UCITs, Private Equity and Real Estate funds)
Through this vacant position we envision to recruit new profiles to work specifically on accounting excellence.

Your key responsibilities

Acting as a junior expert regarding all Lux GAAP related questions, supporting more. experienced experts within the Lux GAAP technical department.
Performing research.
Be connected to our EY network of experts, as well as local market working committees.
Directing Audit, FAAS and TAX engagement teams to available resources.
Preparing the delivery of clients Lux GAAP events, webcasts.
Participating at learning events, including preparing case studies.
Developing your interest in certain areas and sectors based on former audit or academic experience.

Skills and attributes for success

Having a Master Degree in accounting, finance or in economics
Having at least 34 years of relevant experience in the audit on industrial, commercial and public companies or Private equity, Real Estate.
You have a solid technical accounting expertise under Lux GAAP.
You are rigorous, organized and able to manage a multitude of files and tasks in a timely manner.
You have solid financial/accounting and analytical skills.
You are flexible, dynamic with good communication skills and have a real team spirit.
You are fluent in English. Additional language skills in French will be considered as an asset.
