We are seeking to recruit a Lawyer to support the growth of our Banking, Finance & Capital Markets department in Luxembourg.

Your tasks:

Advising local and international clients on the full spectrum of various banking, finance and capital markets matters;
Ensuring the daily coordination between clients, counterparty lawyers, and services providers;
Drafting, reviewing and/or negotiating any type of contracts and/or legal documents in the area of banking, finance and capital markets;
Conducting and coordinating legal researches;
Participating actively in the business development needs of the firm.

Your profile:

Experience: Up to 3 years' experience as a lawyer in a Banking, Finance & Capital Markets department;
Qualification: Master's degree in Law admission to the Luxembourg Bar or any other European Bar would be an advantage;
Languages: Fluent in English and French;
Skills: Proactive, dynamic, team player with good communication skills.
