Technical Support Specialist - Luxembourg - FST

We are seeking IT service technicians for full-time or part-time positions to work on our projects across Luxembourg. This presents a unique opportunity to expand your IT experience and become a part of our growing IT platform.

Our customers' requests and projects are spread across multiple locations in Luxembourg.

Your Key Responsibilities as Field Engineer:

• Experience with servers, networks, storage, electrical devices, desktop computer hardware, home appliances, data centers, video conferencing systems, laptops, mobile devices, monitors, multifunction devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Basic understanding of technical issues and proven skills in field service IT support.
• Hardware installation, movement, and deinstallation
• Diagnosing problems concerning personal hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, scanners etc.)
• Troubleshooting and resolving incidents and service requests in accordance with customer instructions.
• Experience with a ticketing system.
