CTG PSF est une société de services en informatique au service d'une clientèle à dominante financière.
Nous recrutons un(e) Consultant ERP / Nav – Business Central pour notre centre de services interne.
Vos missions
· Vous intégrez une équipe déjà constituée et allez travailler sur plusieurs projets
· Vous êtes garant de l'implémentation de l'ERP pour nos clients que ce soit sur le volet technique et fonctionnel.
· Vous êtes l'interface avec les métiers, l'intégrateur, les utilisateurs.
· Vous analysez les besoins, accompagnez et suivez le ou les clients dans l'exploitation de nos solutions,
· Vous assurez le support auprès des utilisateurs
· Démonstrations avant-vente / collaboration avec l'équipe commerciale.
Votre profil
· Vous avez une expérience d'au moins 3 à 5 ans en tant que consultant ERP idéalement sur Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, y compris la personnalisation et le développement des modules
· Vous avez de solides compétences en tant qu'Architecte ERP et êtes capable de concevoir et d'implémenter des solutions complètes et évolutives
· Vous avez une expérience en tant que Business Analyst et êtes capable de comprendre les besoins métiers et de traduire ces exigences en solutions techniques
· Vous maîtriser des langages de développement tels que C/AL, Al (exensions) et des outils de développement Dynamics 365 Business Central.
· Français courant et bonne connaissance de l'anglais
· Capacité à communiquer efficacement avec les clients, les membres de l'équipe et les parties prenantes pour assurer une bonne collaboration et bonne capacité d'adaptation.
· Orienté solution, capacité à résoudre les problèmes de manière créative et à prendre des décisions éclairées.
