- Analyser les exigences organisationnelles et systèmes
- Analyser et formaliser les besoins métier pour proposer des solutions efficaces et pérennes
- Réaliser techniquement les solutions proposées et être en mesure d'encadrer des développements par d'autres parties
- Assurer une mission de veille technologique afin de rester un référent dans son domaine et faire progresser le reste de l'équipe
- Participer à la gestion des incidents, problèmes, des changements et être en mesure de coordonner des projets de petite taille
- Cartographier et documenter les interfaces entre les anciens et les nouveaux systèmes
- Participer aux astreintes de l'équipe
- Prendre en charge toute autre demande formulée par la direction compte tenu des compétences professionnelles et personnelles de l'employé
- Être titulaire d'un diplôme Bac +5 ou bien avoir acquis au cours de votre carrière une expérience équivalente au diplôme
- Avoir une bonne expérience dans le module SAP MM/SD. La connaissance des modules FI/CO ou de PaPM sera considérée comme un atout
- Faire preuve d'autonomie pour pouvoir répondre entièrement à une demande métier, depuis l'expression des besoins jusqu'à la mise en place technique
- Avoir une aisance relationnelle et un sens de l'écoute permettant de mettre au point les solutions requises selon les besoins exprimés les métiers, l'IT et la direction
- Être proactif pour proposer de nouvelles solutions permettant une plus grande efficacité métier et IT
- Faire preuve de rigueur afin d'assurer la pérennité des systèmes
- Maitriser parfaitement le français et l'anglais, l'allemand ou le luxembourgeois sera considéré comme un avantage
