Your next challenge:
- Integrate a team and work on various projects in the Financial Sector such as Wealth & Asset Management, Private Banking, whether at the clients or in the office,
- Participate in the digital transformation and business process automation,
- Contribute to the preparation of market offers, presentation to clients and request for proposal,
- Help our clients to optimize their processes and organization (Internal and External Benchmarks, Definition and Implementation of action plans, job and skills management ),
- Define management models, dashboards, design of steering systems, etc,
- Select and implement a new banking package solution (Core Banking System, E-Banking, Portfolio Management System, etc.) for a Private Bank or an Asset Manager,
- Define and/or redesign business processes for client onboarding or new business function.
What will we expect from our next Triple'A Senior Consultant?
Required experience / Skills:
Previous experience of Triple'A is required as well as strong knowledge of:
- Private banking business,
- Order management flows,
- Financial products, all asset classes,
- Corporate Actions,
- Portfolio Performance Analysis,
- Temenos solutions (T24, Insight,),
- UML and OO patterns design,
- Database engines and ERD design patterns,
- Process design and management tools,
- Deep expertise on Triple'A core solution (Script, format, screen, IC, DV, HC ),
- Deeply understanding of business needs and technical constraints related to Triple'A capabilities including data mapping with T24,
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability,
- Very strong problem solving and analytical skills and experience of troubleshooting,
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills,
- Team player who enjoys working with people on all levels and can also work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines,
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Responsibilities / Tasks:
- Elicitation of detailed user requirements,
- Mapping user requirements to the technology solution,
- Analysis and documentation of existing and future business and systems process flows; understanding the user journey and proposing possible solutions to improve it,
- Challenging business and technical processes where necessary to reduce differences to standard operating model,
- Working collaboratively to define appropriate technology solutions,
- Preparing fit for purpose functional and technical specifications for development,
- Followup of development tasks,
- Ensuring completeness of requirement traceability to support testing activities,
- Reducing defects and change requests during testing phases by ensuring requirements and design are clearly documented and completed comprehensively,
- Coordination and execution of testing,
- Collaboration with other Scrum, product and technology teams to get the best possible outcome for the bank and its customers,
- Preparation of user guides, training material and presentations for different audiences,
- Participation in Level 3 production support including issue analysis, solution specification, Triple'A configuration and testing.
Mandatory Asset:
- Master's degree (ideally in the Finance or Banking Sector)
- Successful experiences in Project Management and/or Business Analysis and/or Consulting
- Both writing and speaking French is mandatory and you are also fully proficient in English. German is an asset.
- Comfortable with working in an international environment
Valuable Asset:
- A good command of MS office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Organizational skills that reflect your ability to perform all daily tasks with excellent attention to details. In addition, you are creative, flexible, and proactive.
- Ability to lead a team, to take decisions and to carry out tasks independently.
- Competence to manage customer relations and an interest in business development.
- Comfortable with public speaking.
