Your Responsibilities:

As an ICT Risk & Cyber Security Agent, you will collaborate closely with the Risk Management Department to develop and implement effective strategies and policies.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Crafting and implementing ICT risk and cyber security strategies and policies.
Establishing procedures for data protection, access control, and compliance with regulations.
Identifying and mitigating ICT risks, vulnerabilities, and cyber threats.
Overseeing ICT risk and cyber security programs, including incident response and disaster recovery plans.
Conducting regular risk assessments and audits to ensure policy and framework compliance.
Promoting risk awareness and implementing a structured risk management approach within the IT Department.
Providing training and education to staff on best practices for ICT risk and cyber security.
Collaborating with IT staff and departments to ensure effective risk management implementation.
Staying updated on emerging cyber security trends and incorporating them into risk management programs.
Recommending and implementing process improvements for efficient cyber security and ICT risk management.
Providing support and guidance to IT staff and users regarding cyber security and ICT risk.
Assisting with inquiries and controls from Head Office and auditors.

Your Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

A Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
35 years of experience in ICT risk and cyber security management.
Familiarity with ICT risk and cyber security management frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or COBIT.
A strong understanding of ICT risk and cyber security trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements (EBA).
Experience with ICT risk and cyber security management tools and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and SIEM systems.
Fluency in both English and French.
Preferred certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability to changing cyber security landscapes.
