Fluency in Portuguese is essential, and proficiency in other European languages is a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong, trusting relationships with HNW and UHNWI clients.
Understand clients' financial objectives and provide tailored wealth management solutions.

Portfolio Management:

Develop and implement effective investment strategies aligned with clients' risk tolerance and financial goals.
Monitor and optimize client portfolios, ensuring alignment with market trends and economic indicators.

Financial Advisory:

Provide expert financial advice on wealth structuring, estate planning, and tax optimization.
Stay informed about market developments to offer timely and relevant insights to clients.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal teams, such as legal, compliance, and investment research, to ensure comprehensive client service.
Work closely with Relationship Managers to identify opportunities for portfolio growth and client acquisition.

Experience Required:

Private Banking Expertise:

Proven track record in Private Banking with a focus on HNW/UHNWI clients.
Experience in managing complex financial portfolios and delivering customized wealth management solutions.

Language Proficiency:

Fluent in Portuguese; additional proficiency in other European languages is highly desirable.

Client Acquisition:

Demonstrated ability to attract and retain HNW/UHNWI clients.
Proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities within the highnetworth market.

Indepth understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements in the private banking sector.
Experience navigating and ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks.
