    We are currently looking for a:

    Software Renewals Specialist (M/F/X)

    Our client:
    A leading organization based in Redange sur Attert, operates within the high-tech industry
    with a global presence. With a dedicated team of approximately 25 professionals, we thrive
    on tackling new challenges and fostering innovative ideas in an international setting.


    Job Description:
    We are in search of an experienced professional with a minimum of 3 years' expertise in
    software renewal management. This position offers flexibility, with options for both full-time
    and part-time employment (4 days/week) under a permanent contract with a trial period.
    Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, this role is based in Redange-sur-Attert,
    requiring little to no travel.


    Responsibilities:

    • Efficiently manage the renewal process for software maintenance and subscription
    contracts on a global scale.

    • Enhance and streamline the renewal process through direct and indirect channels.
    • Lead the renewal process from forecasting to deal closure, ensuring timely submission of
    renewal offers.

    • Collaborate with sales engineers to identify opportunities for software license upselling.
    • Maintain accurate records of licenses and contracts in our dedicated system.
    • Negotiate renewal issues effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Update CRM systems promptly to facilitate accurate forecasting and reporting.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and cultivate positive relationships with clients,
    partners, and internal stakeholders.


    Key Requirements:

    • Previous experience in software renewal management or customer service is essential.
    • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, is required.
    • Fluency in English (written and oral) is mandatory, with French language skills considered
    advantageous.

    • Strong customer service and sales orientation.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, SharePoint).
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
    effectively.
