- Efficiently manage the renewal process for software maintenance and subscription
- Enhance and streamline the renewal process through direct and indirect channels.
- Lead the renewal process from forecasting to deal closure, ensuring timely submission of
- Collaborate with sales engineers to identify opportunities for software license upselling.
- Maintain accurate records of licenses and contracts in our dedicated system.
- Negotiate renewal issues effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Update CRM systems promptly to facilitate accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Provide exceptional customer service and cultivate positive relationships with clients,
- Previous experience in software renewal management or customer service is essential.
- Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, is required.
- Fluency in English (written and oral) is mandatory, with French language skills considered
- Strong customer service and sales orientation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, SharePoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

Job Description:
We are in search of an experienced professional with a minimum of 3 years' expertise in
software renewal management. This position offers flexibility, with options for both full-time
and part-time employment (4 days/week) under a permanent contract with a trial period.
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, this role is based in Redange-sur-Attert,
requiring little to no travel.
