Introduction:


Our client, a growing fiduciary in the Luxembourg market, is currently looking for a person who will take on multi-faceted tasks in the corporate and KYC field.

Their client base is mainly based on commercial companies and soparfis.

You will have the opportunity to work on a portfolio of various clients and therefore evolve quickly in terms of responsibilities.


Their work environment is also very stable, the people in place have been present for years and appreciate working for the company.

Flexible hours are also a must. Working on the basis of trust, you arrange your hours as you wish, as far as possible.


Responsibilities:

Corporate/KYC Officer - Your Responsibilities

  • Update the KYC database and files
  • Maintain the register of beneficial owners and the register of shareholders
  • Follow up with clients
  • Sending letters to clients
  • Liaise with notaries and lawyers during incorporation or restructuring

Profile:

Corporate/KYC Officer - Your Profile

  • You already have a few years of experience in this field
  • You have a knowledge of corporate law
  • You are fluent in French and English
  • You are willing to learn and evolve

Job Offer:
