Job summary

In this role, you will assist with day-to-day bookkeeping and administrative tasks in the accounting department in Luxembourg as part of a dynamic and growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative management such as document scanning/validation
  • Management of reminders and e-mail inboxes
  • Updating databases
  • Management of accounts payable
  • Assistance in registration of purchase invoices
  • Checking invoices
  • Preparing payments
  • Digitalisation and automation of processes

Qualifications

  • Accounting assistant knowledge or at least 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Comfortable using IT and the usual Office tools
  • Organised and meticulous
  • Team player and work independently
  • Fluent English speaker and have at least basic knowledge of French. Knowledge of Dutch is an asset
