Your Mission:

Lead and manage technical teams consisting of 10 to 20 individuals, across multiple sites.
Oversee Incident Management Services and Logistic Operations, ensuring the effective resolution of technical issues and the smooth execution of logistic operations.
Implement, monitor, and report on Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring compliance with established standards.
Provide leadership and direction in the domain covered, such as ICT hardware Incident management service, Logistic Services, or Web Platform development.
Utilize and manage tools used in operations, including ticketing systems, configuration management databases, and documentation tools.

Your Profile:

Minimum of 5 years of recent professional experience in leading technical teams.
Proven experience in Incident Management Services and Logistic Operations with teams ranging from 10 to 20 people.
Strong knowledge of tools used in operations, including ticketing systems, configuration management databases, and documentation tools.
ITIL certification (minimum ITIL V4 Foundation).
Serviceminded attitude with a focus on delivering highquality technical services.
Demonstrated diplomacy and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to tackle and solve problems creatively.
Autonomy and decisiveness in making operational decisions.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.
Proficiency in both French and English (B1 level) in speech and reading/writing.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
